About us
Urbanak Contracting grew from what was once a dream. We decided to take on the challenge of making a name for ourselves while representing the values and traditions of Qatar through our designs.
The name Urbanak came from our goal to contribute to Qatar’s modernised building stock in urban areas. We aim to leave a permanent mark on the fit-out design and build commercial, retail, and high-end apartment contracting world.
We undertake various projects, from ones that require work from scratch to others where construction is already underway. As of recently, we mainly focus on small to medium-scale contracts, but we plan to venture to larger projects along with Facilities Management contracts. Although, Urbanak has affiliated companies from different industries (i.e. Fitness Centres, Franchise Acquisitions, F&B Outlets, and Investment & Real Estate).
